1. Definitions
“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” = The Padel Reset (PT Mind Body Emporium Indonesia).
“Retreat” = the padel, wellness & excursion programme described on our Website.
“Guest” / “you” = any person named on the booking.
“Website” = padelreset.com and sub-domains.
2. Eligibility
Guests must be 18 years or older unless traveling with a parent or legal guardian and we have confirmed in writing.
3. Booking & Payment
a. Deposit – A non-refundable deposit of US $350 (or IDR equivalent) per person secures your spot.
b. Balance due – 45 days before the retreat start date (or immediately if you book later). Unpaid balances are treated as a cancellation by the Guest.
c. Payment methods – Credit/debit card via Xendit, bank transfer to our Indonesian account, or Wise in EUR/GBP/USD. All bank fees are your responsibility.
d. Currency - Prices are listed in US Dollars; IDR amounts charged use Bank Indonesia’s sell rate on the invoice date.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

>60 days Deposit forfeited. You may transfer your place to another person once, free of charge.
31–60 days 50 % of total price refunded (less deposit)

Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel for force-majeure or if minimum numbers (8 guests) are not reached. You may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future date.
5. Travel & Insurance Travel insurance (mandatory)
Must cover padel play, spa/sauna/ice-bath treatments, personal injury, medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and Covid-19 disruptions.
Proof required before check-in.
You are responsible for passports (6 months validity), visas, and onward tickets required by Indonesian immigration (if you need assistance you can contact us)
6. Health & Fitness Declaration
Padel is a physically demanding sport played in tropical humidity.
By booking, you confirm you are fit to participate, have advised us of any injury, illness, food allergy, or mobility limitation, and will bring any necessary medications (including EpiPens / inhalers).
We can refuse participation without refund if we believe play would endanger you or others.
7. Program Changes
Schedules, coaches, venues, and excursion routes may change due to weather, local ceremonies, or operational reasons.
We strive to deliver equivalent value and will inform you promptly.
8. Code of Conduct
Guests must: Treat staff, coaches, and fellow players with respect.
Comply with safety briefings, dress codes, and equipment instructions.
Refrain from behaviour that endangers themselves or others (incl. excessive alcohol or drug use).
Failure may result in dismissal from the Retreat without refund.
9. Liability Waiver
You understand padel, ice-bath immersion, sauna use, scooter rides, and adventure excursions carry inherent risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, you waive and release Padel Reset, its owners, staff, and contractors from liability for injury, loss, or damage you may suffer during the Retreat, except where caused by our proven negligence.
10. Photography & Media We may photograph or film sessions for marketing.
By attending you grant us royalty-free worldwide rights to use your image.
Opt-out by notifying us in writing before arrival.
11. Privacy Personal data
Is processed in line with Indonesian PDPA draft guidelines and the EU GDPR (where applicable). We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (acts of God, eruptions, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.).
If force majeure disrupts the Retreat, we will offer postponement credit valid for 12 months.
13. Complaints
Please raise any issue with the Retreat Manager on site so we can resolve it promptly.
Formal complaints must be emailed to padelreset@padelreset.com within 14 days of departure.
14. Coaches & Partners
Some coaches shown on our Website are provided through our affiliated partner for the Kedungu retreat, Jungle Padel, and are marked with an * for clarity. While we strive to deliver the coaching team advertised, staffing may change due to availability, scheduling, or operational reasons. In such cases, we will provide coaches of equivalent experience and quality. The inclusion of partner coaches does not affect the overall programme value, and no refunds will be given for changes in individual coaching staff.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any dispute shall first be mediated in Bali; if unresolved, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Denpasar District Court.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, plus any written waivers we mutually sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Padel Reset and supersede all prior verbal or written statements.
